Pricing that scales with your outbound

Credits meter the work the system performs when generating and refining replies. As a rule of thumb, the plans list approximate reply counts (for example, ~5 credits per reply on average). The exact credits per reply varies by thread length, attachments, tool usage, and model settings; longer threads and heavier workflows consume more.

Scale includes a large primary reply allowance (15,000 replies) for normal operation. Backup credits (5,000 credits, roughly ~1,000 replies) act as a buffer when you need additional capacity beyond that primary allowance. Think of it as contingency headroom rather than the main meter. Your workspace surfaces usage so finance and ops stay aligned.

Bring Your Own Key lets you supply your own AI provider API keys so billing, rate limits, and provider relationships follow your existing contracts. It is aimed at teams with procurement, security, or scale requirements that prefer direct provider control. Keys are configured in your workspace; rotate them as your policies require.

Yes. Upgrades typically take effect on your next billing boundary or immediately depending on how checkout is configured in the product. Downgrades may reduce limits (credits, inboxes, automation) to match the new tier. Fair use policies apply to prevent abuse of shared infrastructure; details are provided at signup and in your workspace admin.

If annual billing is enabled in the product, you may see an annual option at checkout. Marketing copy may reference approximate savings (for example, “Save ~20%”) when both monthly and annual prices are shown together.
